Deep crimson, with raspberry, plum and vanilla notes running to a smoky, spicy finish with notes of dark chocolate and tobacco. With medium body, moderate tannins and medium oak, Carmenère  drinks well young and improves with age. A suitable change from Malbec. Can also be vinted in a more fruit forward style, if your prefer – please let us know. Enjoy with grilled beef, pizza, or dark chocolate. Great change from Malbec.
